Powercell (Australia) Trading commenced business in Adelaide, 1st May 1980 and expanded to Sydney in 1989, then to Melbourne in 1993. There are now also branches in Queensland and Western Australia. Powercell currently have 10 employees in Adelaide, 3 in Sydney, 2 in Melbourne and a manager in Queensland and Western Australia.

Powercell acts as an Importer / Distributor / Agent for Primary and Secondary Dry Cell Batteries.

Powercell are the Australasian agent for GP Batteries and distribute imported product to “niche” markets throughout Australia and New Zealand.
